ANGELA DESROSIERS
owner/instructor

Angela Desrosiers is the proud owner of Align. She's a former dance studio owner and has over 25 years of experience teaching movement classes. She always guides her classes with intention, love and a healthy dose of humor. In addition to teaching classes & running Align, you can find her hosting local events and retreats. When she's not teaching, she loves to be tromping through the woods with her pups, curled up with a good book or sharing a laugh or twelve with her husband, family and friends.

KATE CAMERON

Kate has been teaching yoga since 2016. She fell in love with the practice when she moved to the other side of the country. On her own in a new city, yoga was the thing that brought her a deep sense of peace and clarity she hadn’t felt in a long time. 

Yoga brought so many benefits mentally and physically - but most of all, it gave her a place she felt she truly belonged and helped her to feel comfortable in her skin. Since completing her yoga teacher training Kate has taught in Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, Costa Rica, and Argentina and continues to lead retreats in new destinations.

When not on the mat, you might find her practicing hypnotherapy, hanging with her dog, or in search of the best dark chocolate!

PAIGE HALBERSTADT

Paige is an athlete, with a passion for yoga that began almost two decades ago. Once settled into the East Coast, she decided to dive deeper into her practice and get certified to teach. She also carries a reputable background in BUTI yoga, prenatal yoga, personal training and sports nutrition.
 
Sharing her passion and energy through teaching has been the most incredible reward throughout her journey. She truly loves guiding students to recognize their own inner strength and light, and is a firm believer in movement being medicine!

Expect from Paige’s class some really incredible music to move to, while feeling stronger and connecting to your inner fire! 

ERIN KRAWCZYK

Erin began her movement journey in 2018 when she happened upon barre and was immediately drawn to its link between movement and mindfulness. As a competitive runner throughout high school it was a fresh take to her previously competitive nature. 

After becoming barre certified in 2019, she chose to expand her knowledge into her practice and received her RYT-200 in 2020. Since then she has enjoyed using her knowledge of both modalities to create fun, intentional, and creative classes.

When she is not in the studio you can find Erin bartending in several restaurants on the seacoast, getting lost in the mountains hiking/snowboarding, or playing board games with her family. ​

KATHRYN LEVESQUE

Kathryn is a yoga teacher, reiki practitioner, and licensed esthetician. She is passionate about creating a mind-body-soul-spirit connection through self-care and emphasizes through her practice that for us to take care of others, we must first take care of ourselves. It was during her 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training that she pursued her yin yoga certification after discovering the magic of a slower-paced meditative style of yoga. Through her teachings, she hopes to radiate positive energy into the community and create a healing space for you to arrive as you are and feel welcomed and supported on your journey.

ROSE SCHIECK

Rose has been a wellness warrior for over twenty years. She started her career in the health and wellness world as a certified personal trainer and wellness coach, finding the way to her yoga mat as a tool for her personal healing journey. Rose became a yoga teacher to hold the space for others to receive the ancient wisdom and medicine that yoga offers on and beyond the mat. She has been trained in a wide variety of practices including: power yoga, restorative, yin, trauma informed yoga, yoga for 12 step recovery, chair yoga, energy medicine yoga and she is attuned to reiki levels I & II.

Rose brings: playfulness, empathy and compassion to her teaching, and a passion for guiding people to align with their highest potential. 
Off the mat Rose is a mother of three beautiful souls. She enjoys spending time wandering the woods, writing, making art, cooking and is a cold plunge enthusiast.

AMANDA SPADAFORA

Amanda believes that wellness is a critical part of everyone’s life and yoga can be just the tool to enhance the mind-body connection. She loves assisting anyone looking to enhance their well-being and is motivated to share the love of yoga with others. Yoga has the ability to heal, change and grow one's life. She works hard to exemplify how yoga is healing no matter where people are on their journey; it’s always filled with a lot of fun and learning along the way!

Outside of yoga Amanda is also a health education teacher for the public schools. When she's not teaching, she spends her time enjoying a good book and spending time in the outdoors from the sea to the mountains; paddle boarding, hiking, skiing, running.

TRACY WALSH

Tracy is an athlete turned fitness enthusiast.  After competing in collegiate soccer Tracy turned to running, walking and exercise classes.  She has been practicing Pilates and Yoga for over 20 years.  Tracy fell in love with Barre at the grand opening of Align Studio.  She knew then that she wanted to share this type of fitness with others.  Tracy believes strongly in the power of movement to keep the body healthy, both physically and mentally.  
Tracy’s classes will include a great workout, a few laughs, and plenty of options to ensure accessibility for all.  In addition to Barre, she holds certifications in Yoga and Reiki.
When not teaching or participating in class, Tracy enjoys reading and spending time at the beach.  She lives in Nottingham and works as a Speech Language Pathologist at Nottingham School.

RACHEL KRAMER

Rachel has been practicing yoga and various forms of movement since 2009. Her philosophy of movement and wellness is grounded in the belief that yoga is for everybody & every body. In 2018, she completed her 200-hour YTT certification through CorePower Yoga in Boston, MA. She comes to Align with experience in teaching vinyasa, yin, and has also taught megaformer classes and led breathwork sessions. Rachel lives in Manchester with her dog, Olive. 

MAGGIE MOSES

Maggie has been in the hitting the barre scene since 2016. It all began when she was getting her hair did and hoping a dye job would fix all that wasn’t working in her life, when her hair dresser mentioned something called barre. Curious and also terrified, she tried a class.
It kicked her butt in all the right ways and awoke something within her leading her to more self awareness, healthier lifestyle choices, new friends, personal empowerment and strength that she didn't know was there!

​Since then it's been her movement class of choice and continues to walk out of class in complete joy and gratitude for all of it...even that shaky leg!
Expect from Maggie's class to get some energy moving, uncover hidden strengths, a dynamic playlist, and most importantly having fun!

Amanda has been a barre instructor since 2017, infusing every class with her upbeat energy and endless love affair with all pop music. Her goal is to leave you feeling energized, and ready to take on whatever your day brings!

In addition to barre, she also holds her RYT 200 and level 2 reiki certification, creating embodied yoga classes that help her students feel both grounded and powerful.
