You're invited to stay after class for a tea and hot cocoa social.

This candlelit practice will offer you stillness and comfort, allowing you the space to tap into the power of the Winter Solstice and align with the energy of winter. We will embrace the darkness and cultivate your inner light by combining the quieter practices of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Reiki.
According to Forever Conscious, "The Winter Solstice celebrates the longest hours of darkness or the rebirth of the sun and is believed to hold a powerful energy for regeneration, renewal, and self-reflection.”
The practice will be an opportunity to:
• Release what no longer serves you.
• Restore your energy systems and invite the rebirth of your own divine light.
• Shift your awareness towards the desires you resolve to cultivate in the coming new year.
We will close the event with a short but sweet ‘Sip and Snack’ building community connection and raising a toast to the season of inward reflection and rest.
