Grab your Little Yogi and strike a pose!
This 4 week session will include 45 minute family centered yoga practices for us to breathe, bond and bend. We will incorporate yoga postures into dance, play, song and stories.
Class will be geared towards littles ages three to five years old and will be designed for one little and one caregiver. Younger siblings are welcome.
We will gather every Thursday at 10:30am from 5/15-6/5.
Space is limited to 10 families.
Investment is $115 for the 4 week session.

Come celebrate the start of summer with a beautiful evening at Flag Hill Winery!!
We're so happy to be collaborating on this special event with Flag Hill & Nowadays Flowers.
The event begins with a 45 minute outdoor Barre class with align owner Angela Desrosiers.
After class, grab a glass of Flag Hill wine and enjoy a bouquet making class using locally-grown flowers from Nowadays Flower Farm! After a quick demonstration, you'll get the chance to select the stems you want to use from Clover the Vintage flower truck including peonies, ranunculus, snapdragons, and other early summer favorites, and then build your own creation. All materials are included and you’ll leave with a lovely summer bouquet, plus the techniques to replicate for yourself in the future.
Tickets are $70 for align members & $75 for non-members. Tickets include class, 1 glass of wine and all the materials to make your bouquet.
Class will be held rain or shine as we can move under the tent if need be. BYOM (bring your own mat). All events are non-refundable.
