Class Cancellations
We do have a 4 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel and do so more than 4 hours prior to your scheduled class time, your class credit will not be used. If you cancel less than 4 hours prior to your scheduled class time, you will be charged a $10 late fee if you are in a membership or will forfeit your class credit if you purchased a drop-in or class package.

Late Arrivals
Please make every effort to arrive to the studio at least 5 minutes before your class time to give yourself plenty of time to setup & not disrupt the class. We cannot allow arrivals more than 5 minutes past the start of class.
Membership Suspension
You are permitted to temporarily suspend your membership upon written request to Align at [email protected] at least 10 days before the next billing cycle. Membership suspensions are permitted subject to the following restrictions: (1) your membership may be suspended for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 consecutive months; and (2) your membership may only be suspended for full months not partial months. If you have temporarily suspended your membership under this policy, you will not have access to use any of Align's programs or classes during the membership suspension period. Once the suspension ends, your membership will resume at the same rate in effect immediately prior to the suspension.
Inclement Weather
In the case of inclement weather, we will give you at least 2 hours notice if we cancel class. Notification will be sent to all registered participants via email.
Membership cancellation
There is a 3 month minimum commitment for memberships. After 3 months in your membership, if you wish to cancel, your membership must be cancelled at least 10 days before your next recurring payment is due to avoid payment by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations received less than 10 days before your next billing cycle will be responsible for payment. Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Sick policy
Out of respect for our community, if you're feeling under the weather, please stay home and take good care of yourself.
Cell phones & other devices
We kindly ask that you do not bring your cell phone to your mat. Please silence them and keep them tucked away and enjoy the time without distraction. If you're wearing a smart watch, please put it on do not disturb. Thanks for helping keeping our space technology free!
Leaving early
Please make every effort to stay for the entire duration of class. After all, savasana is the most sacred part of our practice and we’d hate to disrupt anyone else’s experience by leaving early. In the event of unforeseen circumstances and you need to leave early for some reason, we ask that you please let the teacher know before class and that you leave before savasana.
