Class Descriptions
Barre
Barre is a movement practice that combines elements of yoga, pilates and ballet. Class focuses on low-impact strengthening movements with high reps of small, isometric movements. Class is set to an upbeat playlist. Bring your energy, your willingness and your sense of humor!
Barre Flow
Barre Flow combines all of the elements you love from barre and pilates with a vinyasa yoga flow. Class moves from strengthening exercises to therapeutic stretching with yoga-like fluidity. Roll out your mat and let's flow together!
Barre Ignite
Get fired up with Barre Ignite!! This class incorporates all of the things that you love about barre with some extra heat thrown in. We'll get your heart rate pumpin' with fun cardio bursts, resistance training and the use of different props. This class is designed to ignite your body in a very intentional, fun way!
Vinyasa Yoga
Our Vinyasa classes are a thoughtful practice of yoga postures, moving meditations & breath work used to help us connect our mind, body & spirit. All levels are welcome & options will be provided throughout class.
Gentle Flow Yoga
This practice is designed to calm your nervous system and to take a softer approach to our yoga practice. This feel good class will flow through yoga asana at a slower pace, leaving us space to find stillness and peace.
Rest & Restore
Roll out your mat and give your mind and body the rest it deserves. This Yin Yoga style class is a simple, slow paced practice that can have profound benefits. This style of yoga involves holding seated and reclined postures for longer amounts of time to access deeper layers of fascia and a quieting of the mind. Rest & Restore is suitable for all levels and is the perfect restorative practice to help compliment your other movement practices.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates enhances our mind body connection by fostering a deep understanding between physical movements, breath and focus. Through alignment and mindful awareness, we can build overall strength, core stability and posture.
