Barre
Barre is a movement practice that combines elements of yoga, pilates and ballet. Class focuses on low-impact strengthening movements with high reps of small, isometric movements. Class is set to an upbeat playlist. Bring your energy, your willingness and your sense of humor!
Barre Flow
Barre Flow combines all of the elements you love from barre and pilates with a vinyasa yoga flow. Class moves from strengthening exercises to therapeutic stretching with yoga-like fluidity. Roll out your mat and let's flow together!
Vinyasa Yoga
Our Vinyasa classes are a thoughtful practice of yoga postures, moving meditations & breath work used to help us connect our mind, body & spirit. All levels are welcome & options will be provided throughout class.
Gentle Flow Yoga
This practice is designed to calm your nervous system and to take a softer approach to our yoga practice. This feel good class will flow through yoga asana at a slower pace, leaving us space to find stillness and peace.
Strength Flow
Strength Flow combines our Vinyasa Yoga practice with strengthening and conditioning exercises to create a class that meets intention with impact. This mat based class moves from yoga asana to strength training utilizing light weights, resistance bands and other props.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a simple, slow paced practice that can have profound benefits. This style of yoga involves holding seated and reclined postures for longer amounts of time to access deeper layers of fascia and a quieting of the mind. Yin is suitable for all levels and is the perfect compliment to other styles of yoga or movement.
